Colonial Property Management(CPM) is a family run outfit that has managed a residential property of mine for over 30 Years. Currently, I own residential property in multiple states overseen by other property managers. CPM is by far the best property management firm that I deal with. The folks at CPM are very dedicated and do not "half-step" on their duties/tasks in running what is an efficient business of managing my property. Really loved working with Julio Ramirez! He arranged our touring of the property in a timely and efficient manner. They processed our rental application in less than 24 hours, and was always available throughout the process for any questions or concerns we may have had. This is my first time renting a house and naturally, I was nervous about the process. As I researched where to stay, I looked online at property management reviews and most companies have terrible reviews! Colonial management has very good feedback. The company, specifically Nae, really was reassuring, knowledgeable, patient and friendly with me and addressed my questions with a smile. Hi I'm new to colonial rentals, but I must say the staff is incredible. As far as the company they get you approved pretty fast. I just signed my lease today, they do the lease signing online. But of course I'm a very friendly person and enjoy their atmosphere , I decided to sign in person. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF

Everyone in office was very nice and attentive. I was needing to find a home on emergency after a private rental home fell through with 1 week of having to be out of my current home. I was able to view properties, apply and my application was able to be pushed ahead and processed for quicker approval. Within 4 days I viewed property, applied, all of my questions and concerns were addressed almost immediately with quick responses, and now I have keys today in hand and ready to enjoy our new home! Thank you soo much, and I will definitely recommend this property management company to any and all who I come across in the future looking to find a home or relocate!
